Bookings and Payment

To book please give me a call (07799 417 065) to agree a date for your consultation and your lesson or dinner party. Alternatively email me at, and I will send an email to confirm your booking.

Generally, I will ask you for full payment in advance to secure the date for your booking. If you book several months in advance, I ask for a 50% deposit and the remaining payment 14 days in advance of the date of your lesson or dinner party.

Cancellation and Refunds

I’ll always do my best to help if you need to reschedule or cancel your lesson or dinner party date.

My cancellation policy is:

  • If you cancel at least 14 days in advance of the date booked you will receive a full refund minus a £20 administration charge.
  • Change date or location less than 14 days in advance of the date originally booked and I will endeavour to meet your new requirements, subject to commitments already in my bookings diary. There is a £20 administration charge for this change.
  • Cancel, change date or change location less than 14 days in advance of the original date booked and I’m sorry but I cannot offer you a refund if you cancel or wish to change the date. I may be able to change the location (if the menu, date, time and number of guests remain the same), but cannot guarantee this.

I will come to your house around 2 weeks before the event to ensure that the Mai Thai experience and service is tailored exactly to your personal requirements. During the consultation I will discuss with you your menu, agree what cooking equipment I will bring, and answer any questions you may have. The consultation will normally last around half an hour.

Special Dietary Requirements and Food Allergies

Please inform me when making a booking if you or any of your guests have any special dietary requirements or food allergies. I will do all I can to substitute ingredients where possible.
